Our founder, James Fromm, spent years selling plans for large TV providers. During that tenure, he discovered that many of his customers were paying more than they should have been for basic services. He decided to start his own service provider that would consult with individual customers about how to save money while getting the most out of their internet, TV, cell phone, landline, and other subscription plans.

As 509Fiber grew, James recruited the help of other members of the community, each of whom care deeply about helping their neighbors and friends in Central and Eastern Washington.
