Our founder, James Fromm, spent years helping customers navigate internet, television, and phone plans offered by large providers. He saw firsthand how complicated pricing, unnecessary expenses, and impersonal service left customers frustrated. He knew there had to be a better way.

That belief led to the creation of 509Fiber in 2020, right here in North Central Washington. What began as a mission to help neighbors save money on their communications services has grown into a locally owned fiber-internet provider offering fast, reliable connectivity, phone service, and streaming TV options.
